Where to ski, where to buy your ski pass, how to get to the slopes, where to rent your skis…all your questions answered!
Thanks to its central position within the Portes du Soleil (600 km of skiing and 208 lifts in 12 Franco-Swiss resorts), Morzine offers a wealth of possibilities. There are three different ski pass options: Morzine/Les Gets, Avoriaz and Portes du Soleil. You can pick up your ski passes at reception, with preferential rates for 3 days or more (-5%). The big question: which sector to choose?
Tip, rent your skis in a store close to the lifts (like our partner Skiset) and leave your equipment in the store when you return from the slopes!
To get to the slopes, take advantage of Morzine's free shuttle service, although you can walk to the center of Morzine in just a few minutes. The P and U lines stop in front of the hotel (at the La Muraille stop), giving you rapid access to the different areas. To get to Les Prodains, change lines at the Tourist Office and take line A. A fabulous playground waiting to be explored.
A great area to discover, perfectly suited to beginners with its magic carpets and fun zones. With Chamossière, Ranfolly and the Nyon sector, good skiers will not be outdone in Morzine/Les Gets!
For us, it's THE MUST HAVE. The Portes Du Soleil ski pass gives you access to over 650 km of pistes in 12 resorts in France and Switzerland.
Accessible via Super Morzine, just 500 meters from the hotel, access to Avoriaz is child's play. Access is also possible via line A and the 3S Prodains Express (open later than the Super Morzine TC if you miss the connections!).
