    Opening Hours

    What is the check-in time?

    Rooms are available from 4 p.m. In the meantime, you can safely store your luggage in our luggage storage. Depending on the progress of our teams, your room may be ready earlier. If this is the case, we will be happy to give you your keys. To make your check-in easier, don’t forget to fill out your pre-stay questionnaire.

    What is the check-out time?

    Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. After your check-out, you can always store your luggage in a luggage storage room and enjoy your last day in Morzine. A shower room is also available and of course, you can access the various facilities of the hotel. Depending on availability, a late check-out may be possible: do not hesitate to contact us.

    What are the breakfast times?

    Breakfast, which is included in all our rates, is served in the Bertine restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. An extensive and gourmet buffet with quality fresh bread from our baker, pastries, homemade cakes, brioche, and pancakes, as well as cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, freshfruit, homemade granola and more.

    What are the restaurant's opening hours?

    The Bertine restaurant is open for dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is preferable to book your table on this site or directly at the reception.

    What are the bar's opening hours?

    The bar is open all day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and cocktails and special drinks are served from 4.30 p.m.

    What are the opening hours of the wellness facilities?

    The indoor pool, the outdoor jacuzzi or the gym are accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Spa (hammam/sauna) is accessible from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

    Does the hotel have a luggage storage room?

    The hotel’s luggage storage room is accessible free of charge to all our customers: before check-in or after check-out.

    Do you have Wifi ?

    At Le Névé, everything is included! Swimming pool, spa and even billiards: all our facilities and equipment are free.

    Are pets allowed?

    Dogs under 10 kg are accepted at the hotel but not at the restaurant. Supplement of €10 per day.

    Do I have to pay to access the spa?

    At Hôtel Névé, everything is included! Swimming pool, spa and even pool, soccer table, etc – all our facilities and equipment are free to use.

    Does Morzine offer a shuttle service?

    Free shuttle buses run in Morzine in summer and winter. There are two stops opposite the hotel (stop “La Muraille”). For more information, visit the network.


    Are the rooms cleaned during the stay?

    Your room is cleaned between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you would like this service to be carried out at a more specific time, please let us know.

    What are the rooms' facilities?

    All our rooms have a 43′ TV with Chomecast and some foreign channels, a safe, a mini fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. The Névé Suite and Névé Lover rooms are also equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and an iron.

    Are bathrobes provided in the room?

    Bathrobes and slippers are included in the room rate. Pool towels are also available at the SPA entrance.

    Do you offer a laundry service?

    We do not offer a laundry service, but we can still help you out in an emergency, so please contact reception.

    What bathroom fittings are available?

    Nos salles de bains sont équipées de douche de grande qualité avec douche de tête et douchette à main multijets. Vous aurez également à disposition des produits d’accueil Natural Remedies (savon, shampoing mais aussi lotion pour les mains et le corps). Enfin, les salles de bains disposent d’un sèche-cheveux, d’un miroir grossissant et d’un sèche-serviette électrique. Seule la chambre Névé Lover dispose d’une baignoire.

    Le spa est-il accessible aux enfants ?

    Our bathrooms are equipped with high-quality showers with overhead showers and multi-jet hand showers. Natural Remedies welcome products (soap, shampoo, hand and body lotion) are also available. Finally, the bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and electric heated towel rail. Only the Névé Lover room has a bath.

    Does the hotel offer any treatments?

    The hotel has a massage room where you can book treatments with our partner institute. Please note that it is important to book in advance.

    Can the sauna/hammam area be privatize?

    The spa is not available for private use, but is open to all from 2pm to 8pm.


    Do you offer half-board?

    Except for groups and by reservation only, we do not offer half-board. However, the restaurant is open every evening from 6.30pm. Take a look at our menu and don’t forget to book a table

    What are the restaurant opening times?

    The Bertine restaurant is open for buffet breakfast from 7.30am to 10am and dinner from 6.30pm to 9pm. It is best to reserve your table for dinner.

    Do I need to book?

    It is best to reserve your table for dinner either by contacting us or by using the reservation module in the menu above.


    How to access to Morzine?

    The nearest motorway is 30 minutes from Morzine, via the Cluses or Vallée Verte exit. We advise you to plan your itinerary using your favourite application such as Waze, Apple Plan or Google maps, as our establishment is referenced.

    Do you offer a transfer/taxi service?

    For transfers from Geneva airport, we work with various companies, including Skiidy Gonzalez, who can drop you off in front of the hotel. Take advantage of discounts by booking from the following links, with journeys starting from €20 per person in a shared transfer. If you would like a private transfer, we also have taxi partners, so don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Where is the hotel located in Morzine?

    Our establishment is located at 702 route de la plagne, 74110 Morzine, 500 metres from the centre of Morzine and the Super Morzine cable car (5-minute walk), 650 metres from the Tourist Office and 950 metres from the Pleney cable car. The free P and U shuttles take you to the centre even faster, every 15/20 minutes throughout the day.

    Where can I park my car?

    Our hotel has over 40 parking spaces, which are rarely full. We do not take reservations.

    Can I recharge my vehicle?

    We have a charging point at your disposal. Please make your request to reception, who can activate the charging point on request. We do not take reservations.
