    Lovely dining room, cool looking bar and hotel, very nice greeting, friendly waitress and waiters, maybe overworked. The menu was a bit strange, unnecessary things like chamomile aioli. I ordered badly and my butternut stew tasted awful, both sweet and acid. Everyone else was happy with their orders and the bits I tried were good. But the pasta dish two people had was supposed to have ‘a perfect egg’ on it - the egg was missing from both. All in all it was a bit of a scrappy experience. Price was ok.

    We absolutely love this hotel, but dinner fell a little below our expectations. Mainly, I ordered the tournedos rossini and asked for the steak medium rare. I thought in France this might be on the rare side, but it was over cooked (medium to well done) which was a real shame. The sauce and attention to detail looked beautiful. My wife’s main just wasn’t to taste, but I’m sure for many others it would have been delicious. 4* but I’m sure on a better steak day it could have been a 5!

    I loved this hotel and the staff that kindly served us. It’s rare that I am amazed by the design and attention to detail - infact I would never normally comment on these aspects. However, this hotel is unique in its design, which works perfectly for guests, from the facilities to the comfortable rooms. The friendly staff on reception, bar and breakfast buffet made our experience all the better. If you want a friendly, classy and yet cool hotel, this is the one.

    Stayed for one night but would love to come back for longer. Super super super friendly staff - they are so helpful - weather it’s at the bar , reception or in the restaurant . Hotel has a really cool style and is in immaculate condition. Everything seems new and in immaculate condition . They will do everything from sorting out your ski passes for you and to making amazing cocktails . Breakfast was superb too - it’s like a boutique four star hotel with five star service . Thanks for a wonderful stay . No surprise people are booking up to a year in advance .

    My sister and I had an incredible experience at Bertine. The food was absolutely superb, tasty and full of flavour. The service was just as impressive: staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend!

    Im not one to write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves it. The staff are amazing all around, helpful, informative and make you feel at home from the moment you step in. Location is great to stay in Morzine and they provide parking (which is something quite difficult in Morzine) The hotel itself is amazing with indoor pool and outside hotub that offer a unique experience in winter. The rooms are very well kept and the breakfast in the morning is just great to start your day early before hitting the slopes. It is aslo greatly located to get on the lift towards Avoriaz. Overall this is a truly amazing place to stay. Would 100% looking forward to coming back and staying in Hotel Neve. Bonus: They offer a good discount at one of the local ski rental shops.
