    We absolutely love this hotel, but dinner fell a little below our expectations. Mainly, I ordered the tournedos rossini and asked for the steak medium rare. I thought in France this might be on the rare side, but it was over cooked (medium to well done) which was a real shame. The sauce and attention to detail looked beautiful. My wife’s main just wasn’t to taste, but I’m sure for many others it would have been delicious. 4* but I’m sure on a better steak day it could have been a 5!

    My sister and I had an incredible experience at Bertine. The food was absolutely superb, tasty and full of flavour. The service was just as impressive: staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend!

    Im not one to write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves it. The staff are amazing all around, helpful, informative and make you feel at home from the moment you step in. Location is great to stay in Morzine and they provide parking (which is something quite difficult in Morzine) The hotel itself is amazing with indoor pool and outside hotub that offer a unique experience in winter. The rooms are very well kept and the breakfast in the morning is just great to start your day early before hitting the slopes. It is aslo greatly located to get on the lift towards Avoriaz. Overall this is a truly amazing place to stay. Would 100% looking forward to coming back and staying in Hotel Neve. Bonus: They offer a good discount at one of the local ski rental shops.

    Hôtel Névé is a true delight! The hotel is so thoughtfully designed that the moment you step foot inside you feel at ease - this is supercharged by the amazing facilities - including the cosiest fire (pictured), saunas and jacuzzi. The breakfast was a fantastic spread, and lots of helpful things for skiing - including ski lockers and a free bus as needed to get around the ski resort. However, the real heart of the hotel is the absolutely superb staff who are so kind and helpful, and incredibly hardworking to keep the hotel running seamlessly - from keeping the hotel spotless, to providing recommendations for town and making amazing cocktails - they really did it all! I hope this is my first of many stays, truly a special place to stay ☺️

    The measure of management and staff is how they deal with adversity. We as a party of 25 had made a booking error, it turned into a big challenge but the team in the restaurant dealt with it brilliantly. Thank you very much. James

    What an amazing stay! Loved the setup, and all the amenities were fantastic. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was great too - best scrambled eggs I've had in a hotel! The restaurant was also good with good service and food. Nice to also see non-residents in the bar, shows that the hotel and bar as a whole have a good reputation. Would definitely recommend and will also definitely be returning.
